REFUND & RETURN POLICY

RLB Food Tech Private Limited ("Company") is committed to customer satisfaction. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds of B4B – Tangy Rhodo and other products.
3.1 RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Products are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery if:
✅ The product is unopened and unused (seal/packaging intact)
✅ The product is damaged or defective (regardless of opening)
✅ The wrong product was delivered (not matching the order)
✅ The product is expired (if expired date has passed; check packaging)
✅ Return request is made within 7 days of delivery
Products are NOT eligible for return if:
❌ More than 7 days have passed since delivery
❌ Product is opened, partially consumed, or used
❌ Damage is caused by mishandling after delivery (customer's fault)
❌ Product was purchased from a third-party marketplace (contact the marketplace for returns)
❌ Return is requested without valid proof of purchase or order number
3.2 RETURN PROCESS

Step 2: Return Authorization

Step 3: Package the Product

Use original packaging or a sturdy box

Include the Return Authorization (RA) Number on the outside of the package

Include the original invoice/receipt inside the package

Keep a copy of all documentation for your records
Step 4: Ship the Product Back

For defective/damaged products: Return shipping is FREE (we arrange pickup or provide prepaid label)

3.4 REFUND METHODS
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method:

3.5 DAMAGE OR DEFECT CLAIMS
If your product arrives damaged or defective:

Free Replacement: Ship a new product at no cost

Damaged products do NOT need to be shipped back (we will arrange disposal). Proof of damage (photos) is sufficient.
3.6 WRONG PRODUCT OR INCORRECT ORDER
If we deliver the wrong product or incorrect item:

3.7 EXCHANGES
Instead of a refund, you can exchange your product for:

3.8 DEFECTIVE BATCH OR QUALITY ISSUES
If you discover a quality issue, manufacturing defect, or contamination:

COMMON QUESTIONS (FAQ)
Q1: Can I return an unopened product if I simply changed my mind?
A: Returns are primarily for defective or damaged products. For "change of mind" returns (within 7 days), you may contact us – return shipping charges will apply, and a refund (minus shipping) will be processed.
Q2: How do I know if my product is damaged during delivery?
A: Check the package immediately upon delivery. If damaged, report within 48 hours with photos. We will process a replacement or refund without requiring the damaged product back.
Q3: What if the tracking shows delivered but I didn't receive it?
A: Contact us immediately with tracking number and proof of address. We will investigate with the courier and either re-deliver or refund within 5 business days.
Q4: Can I return products bought from Amazon or Flipkart?
A: No. For products bought from third-party marketplaces, initiate returns directly through that platform (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
Q5: How long do I have to report a defect?
A: Report within 7 days of delivery for defects. For damage, report within 48 hours.
Q6: Will I lose my refund if the return shipping gets lost?
A: If we provide the return label and shipping, we're responsible for the shipment. If we don't receive it, we'll investigate with the courier. You're covered as long as you have proof of shipment.
Q7: Can I cancel my order after it's been dispatched?
A: Once dispatched, you can refuse delivery (no charges) or accept and initiate a return. Contact us immediately for best options.
